Companies and organizations don’t want off-the-rack interventions from their consultants, and that’s not what Mira offers. Instead she works with senior management, along with her partner Dr. Charles Foster, to design measurement-driven and outcome-focused interventions. These are all crafted with the aim of improving organizational functioning and productivity, in line with overall strategic goals. Mira is currently focusing her consulting work in the following area:
- Emotional energy is under assault in almost every organization today, and this means that the organization is not getting the best from its most important resource, its people. Mira can discover untapped sources of emotional energy and reveal how energy is being wasted. She can then make specific recommendations, with follow through, to show how organizational functioning will be transformed by unleashing the emotional energy in the staff.
To help implement the recommendations for improving emotional energy in the workplace, Mira will provide coaching and training in the areas of decision making, relationship management, and communication for results.
